Pilates is a unique form of exercise, created by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) encompassing 34 mat work exercises.
Using the mind to specifically control the body's core muscles, Pilates works the muscles uniformly with controlled and focused
breathing and correcting imbalances in posture. Pre-booking is necessary as spaces are limited and
courses are run on a 10-week rotational and progressive basis, suitable for men and women of all ages and virtually all levels of fitness.
